Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment please give me a minimum 48hrs notice. Fail to do so will result in a 50% fee charged as a deposit to secure your next appointment.

COVID 19 / Emergency

If you need to cancel your appointment due to Covid 19 or an emergency there will be no cancellation fee charged. Please notify us ASAP via hello@meganmatijasevic.com or 0418860516.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 15 minutes from your appointment start time without notification will be treated as a cancellation and is subjected to the cancellation policy at the stylists discretion.
